Brenda’s Chicken Cheese Ball

2 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese (room temp)
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 small can chopped mushrooms
1 large can white chicken, crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix everything together, shaping into a ball. Wrap in aluminum foil and store in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, remove from foil and roll ball in pecan pieces and parsley.

Serve with Chicken in a Biskit crackers.
