Strawberry Julep

2 oz Maker’s Mark
1 oz Strawberry Syrup
1 oz lemon juice
6 mint leaves

Muddle mint leaves with strawberry syrup in mixing glass. Add bourbon and lemon juice and fill with ice. Shake well and double strain into chilled coupe glass. Rub lemon peel around edge of glass, then twist to express peel into glass.
