1 1/2 oz Johnny Walker Red
3/4 oz Drambuie
3/4 oz Pineapple Demerara Syrup
3/4 oz Lime juice
1 Egg white
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and dry shake for 10 seconds. And ice and shake for another 20 seconds.
Strain into chilled coupe glass. Top foam with 3 drops of Peychaud’s bitters.
