Carolina Panthers Punch

Serves 10
375 ml Blue Curaçao (half of a 750 ml bottle)
1 L Mango Vodka
1.75 L Simply Lemonade
12 oz can Sprite
lemon slices, optional

Serves 5
6oz Blue Curaçao
2c Mango vodka
3.75c Lemonade
6oz Sprite

Serves 2
3oz Blue Curaçao
1c Mango vodka
15oz Lemonade
3oz Sprite

Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher or jug. Serve cold with lemon slices, if desired.

Winter White Cosmopolitan

1.25 oz vodka
1/8 oz (3/4 tsp) St. Germain
5/8 oz (1.25 tbsp) Cointreau
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 oz white cranberry juice

Combine ingredients over ice in cocktail shaker. Shake 20 times and strain into chilled martini glass. Top with three frozen cranberries.

Raspberry Smash

Fresh Raspberries, Divided
Ice, As Needed
2 oz Vodka
1 oz St. Germain Liqueur
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
Club Soda, Chilled, For Topping
1 slice Fresh Lemon For Garnish

Add 8 of the raspberries to a cocktail shaker and crush them with a muddler or the back of a spoon. Add a glassful of ice to the shaker, then pour in the vodka, St. Germain, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Cap the shaker and shake it vigorously for about 15 seconds, until liquid is chilled.

Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with your desired amount of club soda and give the drink a quick stir to combine. Add remaining 2 raspberries and a slice of lemon to the top of the drink and serve immediately.

Boozy Brunch Punch

3 cups orange juice
2 cups cranberry juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1 bottle champagne
1 1/2 cups vodka
1/4 cup cointreau or triple sec
Mix first 4 ingredients above in a gallon pitcher and chill or freeze over night.  Add alcohol right before serving (if frozen, set it out of the freezer 20-30 minutes before you’re ready to serve).  Serve punch over ice and garnish with a maraschino cherry or slice of orange.
Makes 6-8 servings.
